Thomas William Probert

We would like to remember our cousin, Thomas William Probert, who passed away on 20th June 2025. Tommy as he was affectionately known after his late father, our Uncle Tommy, was a lovely gentle soul taken from his family all too soon but remembered so fondly by his late Uncle Cliff and Aunty Barbara, our mother and father and by us his first cousins, Sian, Steve and Biddy. In his memory we have made a donation of £60 + £15 gift aid to Ty Hafan.

Ty Hafan was such a gift to Daniel & the whole family at the most heartbreaking time. We were able to be with him 24/7, still make precious memories (even in the middle of the pain) & be family without having to worry about all the medical side. He knew this was the place he wanted to die & chose when it was time to put his trust in the team, who looked after him so well. 16 years was not long enough to have you with us precious boy but we are incredibly thankful for every memory we treasure x
